Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ridhi Block Print. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

·       Eligibility: Unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

·       How to Return: Email yash@ridhihome.com with your order number and reason.

Our team will review your request and provide the return instructions. Please do not send any item without contacting us and receiving return approval first.

·       Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

·       Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different size, design, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

·       Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yash@ridhihome.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

·       Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

To request a cancellation, please email yash@ridhihome.com with your order number. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
